“The coat I ordered was perfect unfortunately the communication to say it was out of stock wasn’t so good so I had to contact customer support after 5 days it did say dispatched 2 to 4 days after purchase so no correspondence.”

“Reasonably priced and straightforward ordering but late delivery meant we would no longer be at the delivery address. When advised of this Hollands immediately located the parcel and readdressed it - excellent service.”

“Bought the gilet and coat. After a mix up with the post office it arrived. Love the coat but the gilet is thinner than I thought. Having said this I’m quite enamoured with both.”

“Good website & range. I bought a couple of new waterproofs for work, which were well discounted in the sale. Good communication, arrived quickly, in good shape & all were decent quality & fitted well. Would have given 5 stars, but there is a “protect my order” box in the checkout which needs un-ticking or you’ll unwittingly pay for insurance on your order as I did. It’s not the first time I’ve seen it on a retailers website, but it seems a bit of a con. If it’s delivered properly, why should I want to insure it ? . . . & it should not be added to the order automatically. I think it reflects badly on the retailer. Just my opinion.”

“Easy to use website, just the time from order to despatch to improve. Pick, pack and despatch is an easy process, service levels are there to be managed and time lines shortened. Only just arrived in time before going on holiday. Order Friday 14th at 10:52, despatch on Tuesday 18th end of day arrived in 48 hrs. Nearly 3 working days from order confirm to despatch.”

“Honestly, if you’re browsing Hollands, you’re browsing the best English country wear site on the planet. There’s others, of course, however, the range, quality of their offerings, and the consistency of their pricing, makes them stand out in a sea of try hards. Real farmers are hard to satisfy, and quality shines brightly here. My personal tragedy, is that I’m 11,000 miles from the shop, and cant get away from the sheep long enough to pop in. So one must rely on remote delivery for one’s purchases. A small price to pay. Many thanks for your service and best regards.”

“I ordered a Baleno and the fit was not right until I got the third coat, but the free returns was a boon here. The final replacement took a wee bit longer. That's all that could have been better really.”
