“This was my first purchase. I am thrilled with my Musto gilet I only wish i had not had to chase to get it sent. the site says 7 days to dispatch and i chased on day 8. It is all a bit off teh mark. staff were very nice a couteous in dealing with my query so all in all a good experience.”

“A very nice company to deal with, super-helpful with advice. My Jack Murphey Malvern waterproof coat is excellent quality, and sturdy. The traditional navy comes out darker and duller than as appears on screen, and the outside pockets are not zipped, inner pockets velcro closure. Speedy delivery.”

“The service was good, I spoke to a young lady when I had not heard from them regards confirmation of order and she was lovely, obliging and sorted things out, so we'll done. However the musto snug was a disappointment. I have had a musto for years, best coat I've ever had. This was supposed to be the same size but I couldn't even fasten the zip. No fault of Holland's but Musto please don't cut corners you products are good”

“Ordered a mens gilet. Fted beutifully, good quality and great value for money. Unfortunately you use Royal Mail for delivery which meant it took nearly 2 weeks to arrive, the postie chucked it over the fence (which, to be fair, was the preferred place if not in) anden did not bother to leave a card to say it had been delivered. I only discovered the item after checking the tyracking so it only lain in the wet for 2 days! Gods can't be baul;ted... fulfilment leaves a little to be desired.”

“Website works well, my query on the measure for leg lengths was promptly answered. The despatch process seemed slow compared to other online retailers, order Thursday, ship Monday deliver Wednesday, 4 working days. All the notifications were good. Apart from that a good experience, would buy from them again”
