“Products and service from Hollands were excellent Just a shame you use Royal snail Mail for delivery”

“Happy with their service, though the jacket I had ordered turned out to be too big for some strange reason (I had lost a bit of weight but size should still have fitted!). They do need to learn from others such as Brook Taverner who box their items properly and make returns or exchanges super easy - just my tuppence as aware this is a small family firm who should be supported.”

“Perhaps Hollands could communicate with their supplier / manufacturer Bridgedale to inform them that their heavyweight Summit mens/unisex woollen walking socks are not what they once were. Today they are fine socks which are quite costly but they are not heavyweight when compared with their predecessors. I preferred the originals with their thickness of what I believe is called merino wool. Mine are more than 10 years old and I still wear what is left of them, but I needed replacements and still do need some. I tend not to return good clothing and I will wear the new 'reduced thickness' formula albeit that they are not ideal for me.”

“I bought 2 items and subsequently returned 1 of them due to wrong size being shipped. Return/refund processed quickly but not sure why customer should pay the £4 returns charge when it was not my fault the wrong size was sent in the first place. Also, when ordering one of the items was "in stock" and the other said "3-4 days for despatch". When chasing the first item I was then told that both items were then on 3-5 days delay before despatch. This is a bit confusing for customers. If it's in stock then should really ship immediately. Otherwise would have been 5* as emails/contact with the company were good. Will buy from here again...but will be more aware next time in terms of delivery times.”

“Bought a heated gilet as a birthday present. Unfortunately the battery pack was made in China and failed after only 9 months. Holland Country Clothing however replaced it without hesitation. Thank you.”

“Over all 4 because ••••Great product's, great prices, the best customer services I have encountered, Just one negative sadly, the time for delivery, returns and exchanges is painfully slow, nearly 3 weeks! in my experience and so late that the event I had ordered for had happend. The site says there may be a delay if goods need to be ordered in. Very pleased with my purchases anyway. Thank you”

“I had a problem with the order, which is still bouncing around the Royal Mail, contacted Hollands clothing explaining the problem and they resent the order straight away, which arrived 2 days later. Not sure I’m ever going to see the original order.”

“Very pleased with my new waterproof mac - light weight and windproof so perfect for this wet spring weather and I can be seen when walking back from the tube station at night. Delivery was a little slower than expected - allow at least 7 working days - so wasn't sure it would arrive in time for my travels. Good quality product and good value.”
