“Delivery quick and item as described. Thought it was lovely but had to return simply as too big and long for my 5'2" frame and decided a smaller size would still be too long in body. Return easy and refund quick. Gave 4 stars as always disappointing when you have to pay for returning item. Cost £4.95 for original delivery then £4 for returning so £8.95 to end up with nothing always disappointing but the way of internet shopping(Makes you wonder if maybe spending the petrol to go to a selection of shops means you'll have a better chance to find what you need). Would consider ordering 2 sizes in future so can try on both but of course will still cost those few extra pounds more as will be returning one for sure. In my case I have a feeling I'm too short for these garments anyway. Would love to see a petite section.”

“Packaging great .. trousers excellent quality! Unfortunately, the size ordered in the sale was too large for me and had to return. This process was simple and straightforward and a refund is imminent. I would have no hesitation in ordering from Hollands again, communication great, 100% perfect service 👌”

“I loved the shoes, I ordered a size 4, which I am but unfortunately they were too big. I'm gutted that a 4 is the smallest size that CAT do in this style. I am awaiting a refund.”
