“The wellies came well packed with quick delivery. How ever they were narrow in the ankle and I was unable to get them on. I am size 5 shoe and am 10 stone, so not over weight! The staff were very helpfull ,sent me a returns label for Royal mail collection. Many thanks to Hollands.”

“I'm sorry to give only 3 stars. The return process for my recent Large shirt (instead of Medium which I'd ordered) was ponderous and complicated, taking a very long time to send me the requested medium replacement. It sounded as though you were tied up in a tangle of technology! The shirts are excellent but the service not good, I'm sorry to say.”

“The overalls were too big for me so I used the returns process. This was straight forward and free (apart from a posting bag) and a smaller size was sent shortly HCC received my returned parcel. i was kept informed at all stages and the new overalls are just right. Very good service.”

“The Grasshopper jacket I have purchased was very disappointing. After only two days the zip of the pockets started jamming getting caught in the fabric. Very poor design, it works only if I pay attention to the way I open and close it. This is not something suitable for hiking with the risk of the pockets being unusable or the jacket not closing properly. I bought a few years ago a similar jacket from Mountain Warehouse with better design of cuffs, two internal pockets and zip closures that worked for a couple of years of intense use.”
