I'm sorry to give only 3 stars. The return process for my recent Large shirt (instead of Medium which I'd ordered) was ponderous and complicated, taking a very long time to send me the requested medium replacement. It sounded as though you were tied up in a tangle of technology! The shirts are excellent but the service not good, I'm sorry to say.
