“Hi I’ve messaged to say I’ve not received a jumper I’ve ordered it’s a karki colour with a eldow patches in brown money been taken out of bank but yet waiting to receive jumper as it’s a gift I’ve checked with neighbours but no sign”

Hi Odette, Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry you have not had a positive experience. Our returns are typically processed within 2-4 working days of the receipt. Unfortunately during our peak period over Christmas we see a huge increase in the number of orders and returns coming through but we do our best to sort them as fast as possible. Your return was delivered back to us on the 13th and we processed the exchange on the 17th. However it was the dispatch time on the actual items that prevented us getting to you for Christmas, I am so sorry about that. If you need anything else please let us know. Kind regards, Hollands

“They have been bought as a gift for Christmas, but they look as though they will be fine for my son. He is in a manual job and gives all pairs of trousers a hard time, so was looking for something heavierweight. They look as though they will fit the bill.”
