“Problems with Deerhunter sizing and the store unable to clarify meant I got the wrong size. But they said don’t worry if it is wrong size, it’s quick and easy to swap. - no it is not quick. Ordered 27th Nov, arrived 4 Dec, Sent back on 4th, receipted by Hollands 9th and today (16th) exchange has not yet been sent out. Receipt of return say exchange will be sent out in their standard 4-5 working days. Why was it not sent out straightaway when they had my money and card details. I question whether they really have the stock or they order in when they get your order. Their standard is well behind the curve compared to most online sales. I am hoping this one comes and will be right - but really regretting going through Hollands.”

“Ordering was straightforward and I opted for the two-day DPD service at extra cost. I feel misled because, on speaking to a member of staff, I was told you can take 3 to 6 days to prepare the order for collection by DPD. The unexpected wait created unnecessary uncertainty of delivery. Better to state real delivery time.”

“I placed an order and payment was taken on 29 th nov but I'm still waiting for my goods. That's 17 days ago and it's states on website 2-4 days for delivery,sorry but I won't be using hollands again”

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you have not had a positive experience for us. The delivery service selected was 2-4 working days however this follows the dispatch of your parcel. All of our items have individual dispatch times listed on them which is mirrored in your confirmation email. As the highest dispatch time on your order was 9-12 working days it was expected to be dispatched between the 12th-16th of December. I am pleased to confirm the parcel was dispatched on the 14th. We try our best to keep these dispatch times as low as possible, however it is influenced by the brand and the availability of the products. If you need any further assistance please let us know.
