“Thank you for exchanging my trousers. The ones received are " loose" fitting, as expected, but I can at least fasten the waist. I am still trying to figure out why there is such a difference in the fitting.!!! Regards. Geoff Edge.”

“Clothing selection and website from an ordering point of view is good. However there is a sneaky little " protect your order" fee that unless you are really careful gets added to your bill. Moreover, the postage costs are high and it's not free to return...the sizing on the chart given for a mans gilet wasn't accurate and therefore the item was far larger than detailed. Consequently returning the item cost me £ 10 which I found excessive. Read the small print carefully is a lesson here ...but will affect me using this site in future I'm afraid.”

In order to keep the prices as low as possible, we do charge for a refund when applicable but exchanges are free. This charge can be removed at the checkout but it can be missed.
