“I ordered waterproof work wear and a fleece as I am an all weather gardener. Waterproof clothes are great, warmest fleece I've had and great value in the sale. Not the speediest delivery but worth waiting for.”

I apologise that you have had a problem with your product. the comfort insoles are option and removable so unfortunately they may slip out when taking the boots off, the standard soles on them should not be detached.
