“I paid extra on Wednesday for next day delivery and received them on Saturday.I contacted them, they fobbed me off and said it was next day despatch. NEXT DAY DELIVERY should be NEXT DAY DELIVERYwhen you pay extra for it ! I would NOT buy from here again.”

I can see you have contacted our customer service team about this, I apologise for any confusion caused by the emails sent. The item you ordered had a dispatch time of 1-2 working days, and a delivery time of 1-2 working days also. As this is the case your order was expected to be dispatched on the 25th/26th of July, and delivered any time between then and the 30th of July as weekends are excluded. I have checked your tracking and can see the parcel was delivered on the 27th which is within our dispatch and delivery times listed. As a gesture of goodwill I have refunded the extra charge paid for the express, the funds should be back with you within 2-4 working days. “Really pleased with the fit of my Dickies overalls from Hollands. I usually find inner leg/waist fit tricky and usually end up having to return something. I initially was skeptical about Hollands sizing guide, but it was super easy to use, proved accurate and I have to say, I'm not disappointed. This was the first time I had used Hollands and wasn't disappointed and I shall add them to our suppliers list. All sounds very much like a paid review, but genuinely I'm leaving this as a satisfied customer who found them with a Google search and wanted to avoid using Scamazon.”
