“Orderd some blundstone boots ,kept informed throughout ,no issues . I did ask a question on the e mail contact us page as got no reply when phoning ,I then phoned again after sending e mail and got phone reply ,still not had reply from e mail contact but got answer over phone anyway. I have used Hollands before and will use again”

“This is a straightforward business. Their website is clear and to the point, prices are reasonable and the service was as promised. No fuss, no lists, no extras and delays. Not sure what "protect my order" was for however if the service is good and on time I don't mind much to add £1.29 to the total.”

Unfortunately there are no notes on your order to confirm the item is the incorrect colour, if it was stated on your returns form tat the product is wrong it may have been missed. “As a regular customer I was not surprised by the quality of the long coat Country Estate brand I bought for my wife to replace one ripped by our puppies. It is excellent value for money as usual and the service provided albeit online and therefore no human contact was efficient as ever.”

“Sound. All worked as Hollands said - ordering, timescales of delivery, quality of product, etc. Only way to improve would be to reduce dispatch time from 5 days (this is probably product dependent).”
