“I'm a first time custmer and feel absolutely cheated by this company. I ordered a ski jacket, paid extra for next day delivery which took over a week to even be despatched. When I complained the agent told me that the afdditional £7.95 was for a Royal Mail 24 delivery and not for a quicker despatch time! BONKERS! I know, despite my emails complaning that I felt duped, the agent chose to keep batting back and was not backing down on this ridiculous scam! NEVER will I EVER order through this sham of a company again!!”

This is limited to the delivery only, paying for the express service won't affect the dispatch times on the items themselves. “Great coat bought for walking the dog to replace an old Musto jacket. Really well thought out with plenty of pockets and weather tested over Christmas. I bought a large (based on another Deerhuter jacket I have)which was slightly too small and returned it for a size up. Hollands were great to deal with and the swap was straightforward.”

“My boots arrived promptly, despite me ordering at the start of the busy festive period. kept in the loop with my order, via emails and tracking. Lovely packaging! The boots themselves are quality you can tell they are made extremely well. I got fed up with buying fashion boots that broke after 2 minutes, so needed footwear that I can wear daily, for work, leisure and out walking. I christened my Chelsea style boots on a 3 mile stretch of Gwithian beach in Cornwall, (where I live), and always out and about, they were warm, comfy and kept my feet dry, with excellent support around my ankles. Once these are properly broken in, I would definitely consider buying another pair, would recommend this company 💯”
