Disappointing Service - I ordered items on 12th December which had a maximum dispatch time of 7 days, they were not posted until after Christmas and I had to sort alternative gifts by that point. Your delivery information should be much clearer. I also paid for some insurance without realising which didn't make any difference to the delivery of the items. Very Disappointed and will not use Hollands Country Clothing Again.

Very pleased with the appearance and fit of these boots. I have narrow feet and am only 5ft tall but I do not feel swamped by them. I have yet to put them to a real bad weather test, but they seem well made with a sturdy sole.

I've bought some lovely boots for the garden from this company, they arrived quickly and were a good price and they were true to size i'm a size 4 and as I'm petite the length of these boots are perfect to only hald way up the calf, perfect cosy welly type boots with a zip up the front and a velcro fastening so they are very easy to slip on and off. Would recommend

I spoke to a very helpful young lady who advised on a coat I wanted to purchase as a Christmas gift on 22nd December. She arranged for urgent delivery and it arrived the next day. Beautiful quality coat and excellent service

Shocking service didn’t have the decency to let me know that there was a delay in my order which meant my family had Christmas presents missing. In fairness to them they refunded my delivery cost. When order did arrive an item was missing, I had to email them to find out what was going on only to be told I wasn’t getting it and they would refund me. Extremely Poor customer service. If they had communicated with me what was happening I would’ve understood and tried to organise something else but the lack of communication especially so close to Christmas when people are ordering gifts is just ridiculous.

Great service, no fuss and delivered on time. And with the added bonus that this company has a contact telephone number so that you can actually speak to them if you need to. A welcome novelty in this day and age!

A very quick delivery before Christmas of my Harkilla jacket. No need for a return, so I cannot comment on their policy, but their turn around of my order was extremely good and fast, and a good price.
