“Hi I sent the item back because it took 11 days to arrive even though I paid for dpd next day delivery. The system you have is not for me.Sorry.I usually pay dpd delivery and receive the item next day.You are not that far away so I don't understand why you don't have dpd next day delivery in place not after the 10 days .Plus I asked for payment back to card sent me gift card so that's another few days before I get my payment poor business sence Sorry but I felt I needed to say how I felt. Hi Mary, Thank you for your feedback. I apologise that you have not had a positive experience with us. The DPD next day delivery you selected will follow the dispatch of your order. As we have such a large product range, we have a continuous flow of sock coming into our warehouse. All of our items have individual dispatch times listed on the products, at the checkout and again in the confirmation to let you know when we expect to dispatch your parcel. The item on your order had a dispatch time of 5-10 working days and I can see it was dispatched within this time frame. The parcel then arrived the following day which I can confirm was within the dispatch and delivery times advertised. I appreciate your feedback on these time frames and will have this passed onto you. Regarding your return. Our portal registered your return requests as a store credit gift card rather than a refund. We aren't sure how this happened but we are so sorry that you requested a refund and it generated a gift card. I can see you contacted our team who amended this for you and issued your refund.
