I sent the item back because it took 11 days to arrive even though I paid for dpd next day delivery. The system you have is not for me.Sorry.I usually pay dpd delivery and receive the item next day.You are not that far away so I don't understand why you don't have dpd next day delivery in place not after the 10 days .Plus I asked for payment back to card sent me gift card so that's another few days before I get my payment poor business sence Sorry but I felt I needed to say how I felt.
