“I cannot speak highly enough of Hoopla Hosting, and the team there. After flitting around from web host to web host, I have ended up back where I originally started with Hoopla and, as they say, hindsight is a wonderful thing- I should never have left in the first place. “I have been using Hoopla Hosting for upwards of eight years for all my domain name registration needs. After being burnt on one of the big players in domain name registration - using its search facility to look for possible domain names and then returning a few days later to find that my preferred domain name was now only available at a hugely inflated price! - I have used Hoopla exclusively since that time. I made that choice on the expectation that I would obtain completely ethical handling of finding and registering domain names. My faith in Hoopla has been fully borne out. I am a user of a major website content management platform and I found connecting the domain name purchased through a third party (in my case, Hoopla) with the platform a bit daunting. I have been over the moon when, each time I needed help, the Hoopla technical team helped me out with the connection. In both instances, I have sent them a support ticket and, almost by return and at zero cost, they have sent me email confirmation that the connection has been made for me and the job is complete. I have been both delighted with and buoyed by the level of support and ethical behaviour of Hoopla and will recommend them to everyone who asks me for my perspective on the very best place to register a domain name online.”

“I can't thank Logan and the team enough. I had a situation -ex web dev put me in a position that meant I needed to move my website to a reliable provider. The team at Hoopla came to save the day. No question was too silly, and they really went above and beyond to resolve my issues, came up with a workable, cost effective solution and best of all the service from day one was 1000/10, and managed to get my website back up and running within an hour of contacting them! They made what was a mind-boggling jargon filled situation into a clear,simple and easy to understand solution and took away all the fluff and waffle I had been told previously putting my mind at ease and gave me the confidence I was dealing with a company that actually knew what they were talking about. Logan was my point of contact and he is the ultimate web/ IT GURU ! I cant recommend these guys enough. Anyone who needs a web host service provider who actually cares about you and your website please use Hoopla.”
