“Good service from Logan, a few small issues that got resolved quickly. I was a bit stressed swapping everything from old host to you guys, but it all got sorted with pretty good communication. So far no issues with any PHP scripts running or DB issues witch is important to me. I'm just small (used to have a lot more sites) but was with the old host for over 20 years But it seems like a good move to you guys. I clicked email as communication but Logan also rang me. Also time to reply ranged from under an hour to 3-6 for technical issues so chose 2-3 hours. I'm very happy so far. I never give a 10-10.”

“Very professional service. Extremely helpful staff, even from the point of first contact where I bombarded them with questions. Very quick to respond to enquiries. Very happy with the team and service I have received.”

“Transferring my domain and website from another provider was mostly smooth and hassle-free. Where there were any problems, the response from support was very quick and the problems were sorted out. The only real irritation was having to change my login and contact email address because emails from Hoopla were not getting through to my main personal address.”

“Really good pricing and really quick technical support, although if the info had been on the website (custom port for SSH), I wouldn't have needed to bug TS! Love the advanced options for hosting, for example, Laravel sites. Would love to see a step-by-step guide for deploying a laravel app.”
