“Reliable hosting at a reasonable price. Helpful support when I have needed it. Hoopla have been the most reliable hosting service I've had so far (i think I've had 4 or 5 over the last 15 years). Transfering was easy, support was excellent, we experience minimal downtime, and the prices are great.”

“To be honest the service you got 15 years ago was good old service, but this is when it was small and small businesses like us was important. Now it's much bigger and you deal with multiple people and some can help and others not so good. It was thanks to be using AI and feeding back the information to correct my account, what I didn't like was they changed all the settings and promotions in background so I wasn't able to access the things I did before. Now it's not running so well as a website I have had to move this part and rebuild the website. Honestly I have a lot of domains with the company and will review this'll it's best to continue with them. My advice your Now a number and not a customer. Its people like me over the years that help support your company. You can find cheaper options and the full package together with building a new website. Shop around.”

“Where do i start? I recently moved from another well-known crazy hosting company. Not only did Hoopla do everything for me, but they fixed an image loading problem which has plagued me for YEARS that my previous crazy hosting company wouldn't help with, but hoopla also showed me how to reset my domain email passwords which i forgot YEARS ago again that my previous hosting company wouldn't help with. I hesitate to throw the word "perfect" out, but these guys seem to come pretty close.”

“Good service from Logan, a few small issues that got resolved quickly. I was a bit stressed swapping everything from old host to you guys, but it all got sorted with pretty good communication. So far no issues with any PHP scripts running or DB issues witch is important to me. I'm just small (used to have a lot more sites) but was with the old host for over 20 years But it seems like a good move to you guys. I clicked email as communication but Logan also rang me. Also time to reply ranged from under an hour to 3-6 for technical issues so chose 2-3 hours. I'm very happy so far. I never give a 10-10.”
