“Reliable hosting at a reasonable price. Helpful support when I have needed it. Hoopla have been the most reliable hosting service I've had so far (i think I've had 4 or 5 over the last 15 years). Transfering was easy, support was excellent, we experience minimal downtime, and the prices are great.”

“Where do i start? I recently moved from another well-known crazy hosting company. Not only did Hoopla do everything for me, but they fixed an image loading problem which has plagued me for YEARS that my previous crazy hosting company wouldn't help with, but hoopla also showed me how to reset my domain email passwords which i forgot YEARS ago again that my previous hosting company wouldn't help with. I hesitate to throw the word "perfect" out, but these guys seem to come pretty close.”

“I have used Hoopla twice in the last month and found their service absolutely first class. Service from businesses overall may have deteriorated in recent years but Hoopla are an exception. “Good service from Logan, a few small issues that got resolved quickly. I was a bit stressed swapping everything from old host to you guys, but it all got sorted with pretty good communication. So far no issues with any PHP scripts running or DB issues witch is important to me. I'm just small (used to have a lot more sites) but was with the old host for over 20 years But it seems like a good move to you guys. I clicked email as communication but Logan also rang me. Also time to reply ranged from under an hour to 3-6 for technical issues so chose 2-3 hours. I'm very happy so far. I never give a 10-10.”

“The kind of hosting that I wanted 10 even 20 years ago (NZ servers, plenty of low-volume domains without having to pay an arm and a leg), for which I ended up setting my own (dysfunctional!) host. Hoopla has all the bells and whistles. After a relearning curve coming back to cpanel from server admin, it's much cheaper, simpler and up to date. Emails are quick and local. I was a little bit nervous about going to Litespeed after Apache, but everything I've tried so far has worked. Really glad this is available.”

“I moved my personal and business hosting to Hoopla so it was local (NZ) and because of the great pricing compared to the offshore provider I had been using. Really easy to setup and configure my sites and transferring domains was so fast. Billing is simple to understand and pay.”
