“I ordered a bundle kit through Vivid Racing a few months back. I received your product and it looked great. Still does. My problem is that when I installed everything I discovered the bridge neck was missing its o-ring. Even though it was listed on the packing sheet as included. I emailed a few times both HSP and Vivid to get the o-ring with no reply. Finally, I had to just order them and pay for it myself (plus shipping). I still feel the product is of the highest quality and looks awesome but feel like follow up when there is a problem is avoided by most companies these days.”

“These guys take customer service to a next level! I received my 75” traction bars for my 05 cateye duramax, and they sent two passenger brackets. I emailed them and got a response by the next morning right away, and they fixed it that same day by sending me a driver side bracket. You will not be disappointed with these guys!”

“Been runnin your s400 kit on my lly for 6 ish years been a good product no issues at all helps me push that stock bottom end to the ragged edge ! Recently put a forward facing thermostat housing kit on fits amazing looks good only issue is the bottom feed for factory turbo threads are boogered so has a small drip leak other then that awesome products ! Good jobs guys”

“My order came packed very well and in a good time. I did get to passenger manifolds I figured this out at time of install. Hsp did work fast to get it corrected my only complaint is they didn’t offer to send the replacement manifold at least 1or 2 day shipping so my truck will be down another week. Product over all is awesome hopefully my performance will be awesome to haha”
