“I ordered a bundle kit through Vivid Racing a few months back. I received your product and it looked great. Still does. My problem is that when I installed everything I discovered the bridge neck was missing its o-ring. Even though it was listed on the packing sheet as included. I emailed a few times both HSP and Vivid to get the o-ring with no reply. Finally, I had to just order them and pay for it myself (plus shipping). I still feel the product is of the highest quality and looks awesome but feel like follow up when there is a problem is avoided by most companies these days.”

“They looked pretty good at first glance and I was super excited to put them on but one of my hiem joints wouldn’t thread in right and there were some blemishes in the powder coat. Also the step bit was complete garbage. I honestly expected more for how much I spent...”

“Ordered a lbz hot side pipe because of the black Friday sale. Disappointed that it wasn't shown anywhere that the product is on back order and I wasn't made aware until days after the purchase. Now the truck will have to sit and wait for who knows how long and I was assuming I'd have the pipe within 2 weeks when I ordered it. Should have been made clear on xdp site that is wasn't available at this time.”
