“My purchase started out upsetting as the kit I ordered was mis advertised but the team was very helpful to clear up any miscommunication and at the end of the day they made it right. I was pleased with my purchase and the quality of the parts that I received in looking forward to getting more parts when there available! I do wish the build time was quicker.”

“Quality parts, it’s just not a bolt on system. Unless you wanna drop your fuel tank, and take off your running boards. I welded mine instead.”

Thank you for your feedback. The issue you described is not an accurate description of our products or the installation process. Our traction bars are fully bolt-on and we do not recommend welding the brackets to your frame. Someone from our sales team will be reaching out to you to discuss this further.

Thank you for the feedback! As you found, we don't supply the gasket with our kits. We do recommend reusing the original gasket and if replacement is needed, it is a GM factory replacement gasket. “The hot side intercooler pipe was delivered in a couple of weeks and looked good. When I went to install it though then I found that there was a fitment problem and it appears to me that the tube needed to have less of an acute angle as it transitions up toward the turbo outlet so that it would be about 2" closer to the intercooler inlet connection. I had emailed HSP regarding this but did not get an answer for several days and just ordered a 6" straight boot to bridge the gap at the intercooler and discarded the 4" straight boot that was provided with the pipe.”

“Hot side pipe don't fit , I've tried not going to happen lb7, and the radiator tank I bought comes with some plastic gage to let you know if your water is low leaked, had to put pipe tape on to stop leaking, haven't tried the cold side pipe yet , still to fusted to try, and none of the parts were labeled as to what goes with what, I feel like for 1800 dollars stuff should fit properly, but instead I got 4 stickers, don't know if I'll buy anything from here anymore”

“First off haven’t received a tracking code for kit it’s been 3 weeks from order date when I spoke to representative he said they were hurrying to get order done it takes a week or 2 that was 3rd day after order kinda a bummer I guess you have to wait almost a month every time you order from hsp an the 80$ you pay for 2 day shipping isn’t even worth it because it takes a month anyway I like the look of products but I can write a review as I’m still waiting for them but I can review my experience.”

We do our best to be as transparent as possible by advertising lead time on each product prior to checking out and always aim to get orders completed and shipped as quickly as possible! Unfortunately, expedited shipping does not speed up the order completion however, once it leaves our facility it will get to you in that expedited fashion. “The parts were as described. In the end I’m not happy with the purchase. Wish I would of replaced the factory air filter verses buying a new air intake kit. It was a pain installing the kit too!”

“I just replaced a air filter that has been installed for about 5,000 miles. It was pretty dirty on the outside however the inside was immaculate. I really like the performance of the filter itself. But the “air box” that the filter sits in has many flaws. It’s made with very thin metal that bends and doesn’t make a good seal. The top screws are plastic and don’t hold the top on very well. It also rattles very bad. I have a 2019 L5P with the hood scoop. When you shut the hood it bends the air box and doesn’t make a good deal between the hood scoop to air box. To fix this issue is going to take some work.”

Hi Chad! We're so sorry to hear that your wheels have still not arrived. Looking over your order that was placed 3 weeks ago, your DDC wheels did ship within the time frame that was discussed at time of order. Unfortunately, we do have to be patient with freight during these trying times we're in. It does appear that you were not charged shipping on this freight shipment and that would have added roughly $400 more to the order. We can't thank you enough for your business and support to HSP Diesel, it means the world to us! Please let us know if there's anything we can do for you. We wish there was some way we could help get these wheels to you sooner! :(

“Did Not get correct items when order at Christmas but they did resend the correct ones an let me keep the others only bad is I order for Christmas and still haven’t received the correct item .”

“Customer service is great. The boots are a inch or two too short going to intercooler and the cold side pipe, (lml kit). The instructions could be better written and pictures in the y bridge instructions. Mostly for familiarity with component location.”

“Products are amazing great quality. Very well made. The fabrication and powder coat guys are top notch! Sales team is very friendly, and polite overall pretty good to work with as long as your on top of things, if not it might be a difficult purchase. Be sure to dot your own i and cross your own T cause they are really busy. But I’d still recommend to anyone i mean I’m waiting now to get second order and now some items are unavailable that I’ve been charged for so i dunno what will happen there but All i need now is the quote i requested and I’ll be placing my 3rd order if we can resolve current issues.”
