“Thank you for reaching out, I am extremely impressed with the quality of these bars. Customer service was fantastic, you have a lifetime customer here. One thing I’ve mentioned was maybe coming out with some sort of cap or “plug” for the holes that need to be drilled for the box frame on these newer trucks.”

“It looks like everything was packed in the box as it should be. Even with Michigan being slowed down by the Governor, what I ordered was produced in a timely fashion and shipped via UPS. No signature required though, with an expensive albeit nichey product that wouldn't fit most other vehicles. Still, it is expensive. I haven't unwrapped anything as installation is a way off so I don't know if there are any scratches. All in all, so far, the rating is 10.”
