“was good service, but now poor delivery by DPD. telling me they will del after 8pm so changed day then got message saying will del after 7pm. useless..”

“Shocking service after using them for 3 years and been good but last 6 month waste of time nobody returning calls and sending wrong items costing me thousands so I will be closing me account with HTS”

“I ordered part on the tuesday never recived them on wednesday phoned in to office to be told they didnt have them in stock 10 mins later i received an email tell me that my order was on it way and in the email it showing all in stock as when i check on line when i order it was all showing in stock i had a major account customer let down and shouting down the phone at me he went to another company for the machines and my depot has year hire all cause we couldnt get 1 x 1" brass fitting from your comapny so as you can see i am not very happy with the service i never got an email or phone call to say any of the items were out stock”

Hello, Sorry you had problems, I have had a look into your order and can see it was dispatched on the same day as the order was placed. However, we can see that the couriers attempted delivery the next day but no-one was at the property to receive the parcel. Unfortunately, APC cannot deliver items without someone being there to sign for it.

“Sadly will not use again. Incorrect parts sent. Nothing sorted after emailing and a telephone conversation. Machine sitting idle whilst l searched and ordered correct part from elsewhere.”

Hello Kevin, Sorry to hear you were disappointed. I can see your order was dispatched on the 31/03/20 on a next day courier. I can see that your order was delivered on the 03/04/20.
