“I am not satisfied because after the first purchase I was promised a trade discount. But no. So now I only buy rare items, because I can't give my customers the same price I buy them for”

“Excellent service and massive range of spares on the shelf, however paid for next day Saturday delivery which didn’t happen and no response to an email asking for a credit note refund. Will still use again though.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, I'm sorry to hear you didn't receive your order when expected. I have had a look into your order and I can see that it was dispatched from our warehouse on the 29th of May for a Saturday delivery service, however the couriers failed to deliver. “Competitive pricing Although on my most recent order Two items were out of stock, before confirming payment they told me they would post items they had in stock next day. Paid them, then I received email saying they would send all items together!!! Not happy at all as I paid for next day delivery ! Handy company but won’t be using them again!!”
