“You are by far one of the most professional, kind people I buy products from. They are of a high quality (although 2 of the little bubble fillers from the refill bottles snapped as I was refilling pens last week) where nothing is a problem. “I am just a few months into my graphic recording journey and had a lot of questions about how to get into this business, how to get set up and what my priorities should be. I placed my first order for some pens and paper and received with them such a friendly and encouraging message from the Inky Thinking team that I instantly knew I was in safe hands. Esther and Tom have become such a huge support and encouragement to me as I step out of my comfort zone and into a very exciting but daunting new venture. They simply couldn't h be more helpful. They even welcomed me into their office on a recent trip up north, giving product demos, industry insights (they know their stuff) and their top recommendations for places to visit whilst in the area. All of which were spot on! So, if you want my recommendation, get stuck in at Inky Thinking. “Great choice of Neuland products and honestly the best customer service I have experienced! We wanted some specific pens that weren’t on their website and they immediately sourced them and held some stock for us for future events. Cannot recommend highly enough”

“Fantastic store for getting Neuland gear in the UK. Pictured is my last resupply of pens and tape which arrived super quickly, plus an action shot of how I use my Neuland pens in my job. For anyone who does similar work, the Inky Shop is a valuable resource.”

“I've been using Inky for a while now for my Neuland pens. I order quite a lot, often in big batches. They have always gone above and beyond to make sure that I have what I need. I know that if there was an urgent rush Esther would move heaven and earth to help. It's nice to be able to trust a company like that.”
