“After several months of waiting for my policy to start due to recent events and replies from my Gp i recieved a number of phone calls just before Christmas and there after saying things were now in place. Then finding out that i had 2 policy's running in my name when i only wanted 1. Also being told my policy was set up and a D/D was set and payment would be taken on chosen date and that, still has not happened.
So all in all my experience with yourselves was not the best i could of hoped for.”
