“I would like to say that I considered taking out this policy for personal reasons and was slightly apprehensive about the transaction. I would like to say that Vanessa the young lady I was dealing with was utterly fantastic, helpful, understanding, patient and very professional.
Had it not been for her compassion, I might have not bothered.
