“Excellent service from Ashley who listened to what we wanted from our life insurance rather than trying to sell me what he wanted us to have, which my wife and I have experienced in the past, but not by this company. Ashley was clear on what was available, explained pricing and age range coverage offered by a selection of well known insurance companies, and in doing so helped to find a more suitable cost effective premium (halving our current premium with another branded company), which met our needs both financially and with the longevity of cover, bravo Ashley.
There has been no pressure by either Ashley or the company to sign up to what was offered, in fact we were given a couple of days to mull over what we had been offered (note, I did do some research myself), before a follow up call from Ashley allowed us to proceed with with our plan. Ashley, has been most courteous, and also fun to deal with, his wonderful infectious laugh helped make the process of life insurance selection less of a chore and more fun, it was such a pleasure doing business with you fella, your a credit to the company you work for.
