“I purchased a bow tie in a specific color blue that looked to match what I was looking for. When I received the item, it was an obvious different color blue in addition to having a different name than what I ordered.
When I inquired about receiving the wrong item, the customer service person told me that both of the colors were the same blue. Not a good marketing tool and seems to be false advertising…”
“Ordered a tie for a second day delivery, paid premium shipping $29 plus cost of tie through their online purchase. The day of shipping they sent me email followed by phones call asking for $10 extra. I said ok I’ll pay, but now I’m on the road when I arrived I’ll pay. She said no I have to to pay by 2 pm eastern time and I’m in CA. I’m so disappointed of the service and the unprofessional way of dealing with customer. I cancelled the order.”

For this order, you initially selected RUSH shipping, which ships orders via UPS 2-day air. You then called to request next-day air shipping. We informed you that next-day air would incur an additional $10.00 fee, and you confirmed that you were fine with the extra charge. However, you asked us to proceed with shipping the order and mentioned you would make the payment later since you were driving. I explained that we would need you to call back once you were available to finalize the payment so we could ship the order before 2 PM today. Unfortunately, this led to a misunderstanding.
