“This is my first time ordering. The neckties looked good online and the same when I received them. Also, they did not have the one tie in stock and offered me another. I did not get the other because it was a gift. However, the one I wanted came in, and they notified me right away, and I now have the gift I wanted. There was no problem with shipping, either. I will shop with you again.”
“Love the bow tie and suspenders. Almost needed them bigger due to my boy being heavier but the suspenders still fit all the way out and they look good on him”
“I ordered a bow and square about 2 weeks in advance to make sure I got it on time for a wedding that I'm a best man in. For some reason either my fault or you guys....the order went to the wrong address. When I realized last week that I didn't get the bow and tie...I looked back at my emails and realized the address mistake...86th St instead of 87th St. So I walked over a block to that address and was told by the resident that no order was mailed to their address. So I contacted Jacob Alexander to get a reorder. Inah 1st called me explaining that I would be charged ground shipping for the reorder. I agreed since it was like $5. But after that call I realized that I wasn't told when the order would reach me. Prior to this call I had sent an email explaining that I needed the reorder and would be traveling on Sept 4th for the wedding. So common sense should have set in that I would need it before the 4th. However, when I contacted Jacob Alexander back to ask when will I get my reorder, I got Inah texting me back about my request, which I see as a very unprofessional way for a business like Jacob Alexander to contact me. Inah kept saying that I wouldn't get the order until Sept 4th and I kept saying that would be too late. Inah kept saying it's nothing they could do about it until I started threatening to report them and go to my bank to get a stop payment. It wasn't until then that Inah took my suggestion of canceling the 1st order and giving me options of next day air delivery which should have been offered to me from the beginning if they were sure about my order not reaching me until September 4th. So based off of Inah's claim...I paid $14 for next day air since I was told that would get me ordered to me by Saturday, August 31st.
Long story short...all of this was for nothing since both my 1st order and the 2nd next day order showed up on my stoop on Friday August 30th. So I ended up with 2 orders and over paid about $10. I texted Inah back about this on Friday and they still haven't gotten back in contact with me or offered to refund me for their mistake. One thing I know is that I'll never be doing business again with Jacob Alexander!!!”
Hello there,
We wanted to clarify the situation with your recent order. The original order was sent to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided during checkout. To ensure you received the item in time for the wedding on September 5, we arranged a replacement shipment for the standard reshipment fee of $4.99, without charging you for the product itself, which you agreed to. USPS provided an estimated delivery time of three business days.
After we shipped the package, you mentioned needing it by September 3. We explained that once packages leave our warehouse, we have no control over their delivery time, and we didn’t want to set false expectations.
At your request, we arranged a second replacement to be sent via next-day air. We charged you only the UPS next-day air fee of $14 and did not add any extra fees for the previous replacements or the $4.99 reshipment fee. This means you were only billed for the next-day air shipping and not for the two replacement orders.
Please understand that as a small business, we are doing our best to assist you. We shipped your original order on time and have made every effort to resolve the issue.
You have the option to return the package, keep it, or donate it. However, please note that we can no longer refund the shipping costs, as we paid them directly to the carrier without charging you extra.
If you choose to return the items, please send them to the following address:
Jacob Alexander
Attn: Returns
3539 Lawson Blvd, Oceanside, NY 11572
Thank you!
“I had been looking for a gold tie for a wedding and could not find one at any mems stores in the mall so i finally looked online and found one at Jacob Alexander. The tie arrived faster than i expected and the color is perfect! It's actually gold, not yellow.”
“What truly stood out was the ease of the shopping process. The online store provided detailed descriptions and high-quality images, making it simple to choose the perfect design. Shipping was prompt, and the bow tie arrived beautifully packaged, reflecting the high standards of the brand.
Wearing the bow tie has garnered numerous compliments, and I appreciate how it allows me to express my personal style. It's a versatile accessory that has quickly become a staple in my wardrobe. For anyone looking to elevate their fashion game, I highly recommend investing in a quality bow tie!”
“Actual quality of the items was good. However my original order was canceled due to lack of inventory and ALL record of it was erased. I ended up having to pay double what I should have for expedited shipping.”
Hello, we attempted to reach out to you via email to verify that no orders were placed under your information aside from the one you received, but unfortunately, we did not receive a response. You may also confirm this with your bank.
