Jaques is a great company and I highly recommend them, I recently ordered the Chinese Checkers game and unfortunatley it was lost in transit. I contacted Jaques customer service by e-mail and they responded within the hour informing me they would send a replacement game by next day delivery. The game is brilliant, my Grandson loves it.
