The products are great but I ordered two by mistake and when you return it, you have to pay to return it plus they charge you the delivery cost so instead of refunding the full amount, you lose another £4.00

The ordering process was fine, the delivery wasn’t that great. I know it’s a busy time of year for deliveries. I expected better service.
The returns is even worse, I emailed them to request a returns lable they took four days to reply and send me a returns label which I had to print myself and cover the postage.
I don’t think I’ll be buying from Jacques London again.

Can only comment on delivery and packaging which are excellent but as they are Xmas presents not the quality.
I would be extremely disappointed and surprised if they weren't.
