I bought an item which unfortunately was broken on arrival. I contacted company & very quickly it was replaced, without any fuss & I didn't have to return broken item. Unfortunately on arrival my replacement item was also broken, I asked for refund & it was given. The toy looked lovely & I was disappointed but the customer service was excellent.

Jacques use Amazon as a third party courier. It seems when they are working for someone else they take less care. My parcel was left outside my block of flats. An open invitation for anyone to pick it up and take it. Which happened, inevitably. Jacques eventually gave me a refund, but only after several emails back and forth. I have now sourced my gift elsewhere

Item was slow for dispatch then the courier delivered to the wrong address.
Contacted the company and were slow to respond to my missing parcel. Then asked if I could go and pick it up.
There has been no response since.
No offer to resend or refund, very poor customer service, however they are very good at sending sales emails everyday.

Produce quality products and present them well always. Unfortunately on the most recent one the packaging was damaged. I felt a 50% refund and the postage wasn't enough

Ordered item and paid for it only to be informed some days later that it was not coming and would process a refund within 7 to 10 days not a lot of help if it wasn't in stock then why sell it not use again

Delivery date changed several times. Parcel never received. They say I will receive a refund within 10 days. The App they get you to download to track parcels (Shop) didn't recognise the tracking.

After receiving my order, I was disappointed by the quality. One of the cases had a scratch on the side. I sent a message via JAQUES website 5 days ago to say I wanted a replacement for one item and a refund on the other. We have not received any response to our enquiry to date.

I would like to give five stars but the company has not replied to my request for a refund for one of the five items I purchased which isn't suitable. I am cross to be ignored and for the refund to be non forthcoming!!!
There is no-one replying to two emails sent recently.....
