Lovely products and outstanding customer service.
I bought a Jaques item from Amazon. It was a luxury card set comprising two packs of card in an acrylic box. On delivery, I found that Amazon had damaged the box.
Jaques customer service were excellent. They apologised and immediately dispatched a replacement.
The cards themselves are lovely to handle and play with.
