The ordering process was fine, the delivery wasn’t that great. I know it’s a busy time of year for deliveries. I expected better service.
The returns is even worse, I emailed them to request a returns lable they took four days to reply and send me a returns label which I had to print myself and cover the postage.
I don’t think I’ll be buying from Jacques London again.

I think Jaques are a wonderful company I love their toys their packaging and the feeling that they give customer service in the true sense of the word and not an AI replacement Unfortunately with regret I’ve placed my last order because Their Courier EVRI give me such an appalling service I no longer use any company who’s courier is EVRI

The service from the company is excellent. I reported that I had not received my parcel. I'm pretty sure that the fault lay with the courier. Jaques did not dispute or question. They sent my goods again to my son's address no questions asked and free of further charge. A company that looks after it's customers first and foremost. A company that you can trust. Thank you so much

I would definitely recommend Jaques of London, the wooden toys are beautifully made, very smooth ideal for little hands, I did have one problem however……one of the toys I ordered was broken when it arrived so I emailed with a photo attached, they responded the next day with a replacement in the post, no queries, no problems, fantastic service.

I bought an item which unfortunately was broken on arrival. I contacted company & very quickly it was replaced, without any fuss & I didn't have to return broken item. Unfortunately on arrival my replacement item was also broken, I asked for refund & it was given. The toy looked lovely & I was disappointed but the customer service was excellent.
