“Go somewhere else! Had a problem with delivery, spoke to the boss, said it would be sorted, but nothing. Customer service doesn’t answer emails. RIP off company, so don’t bother, go somewhere else, and try their services. Once bitten …….”

“I ordered a set of plates, but only received one, the owner of the company states I only ordered one, but to me it was one set which is 2 plates front & back. And as I was charged £51.96 I never thought for a minute I had only ordered one plate because at that price it would have been more like £80 for a set, I wouldn’t advise anyone to buy from this company”

“Took weeks to send my plate when I paid for 24-48 hour delivery . Sent them 3 emails and didn’t respond to one of them. Ordered a pack of sticky pads and they didn’t even come. Would use other providers for sure”

“Dreadful company to deal with! The plate I received did not have the minimum 11mm margins between edge of plate and digits. After many emails, and information from DVSA, JDM agreed margins were not correct. They sent another plate, but still not minimum 11mm margins! I emailed JDM for a refund, but they have ignored my email.”

“The JDM range of products is good and they offer a somewhat unique service. Unfortunately, when I had an issue, I felt that the customer service was not trying to solve my issue and ignored my statutory rights. They eventually just stopped replying to my emails.”
