“I ordered the plates before New Year knowing that it was next day dispatch as per their website at the time of ordering. A few days went by with no acknowledgement that they had sent. I rang over and over and I emailed chasing on multiple occasions to finally get a reply to advise they were closed until the 5th of Jan. This was really disappointing as they were ordered for a special occasion which I couldnt then give because they didn’t come until 8 days later. I happened to order some other plates the day after this order and they came before New Year. I wish they had put on their website that they were closed till the 5th Jan as I would have ordered elsewhere. When they emailed, they were polite and lovely but it’s left a bitter taste in my mouth so will always order from another company going forward.”

“sends out 3D plates with oversized letters then charges the customer to correct this with non 3D plates. We need more "short plate" suppliers so the choice increases and the price can reduce”

“Ordered one of the 3D plates. Paid 35£ for a plate that peeled letters of first month, and soon after whole plastic cracked from top, not where the holes were made. Tried contacting them, but no one bothered to answer. I don t recomend them at all.”

“Small piece of debris in backing film of front plate. This has caused an air pocket where the film is already starting to delaminate. Over time this will become wider and more visible with the plate having to be replaced. Rear plate has crack on the left hand outer edge.”
