Products: The products work exceptionally well and lived up to the hype.
The caravan cleaner cuts through dirt, grime and algae effortlessly.
The Super Cold Wax is a fantastic product and very easy to use.
Both products are priced spot on in my opinion.
Both IK sprayers worked as expected which didn't surprise me at all.
Delivery: As per other reviews the delivery times are an issue and Jennychem need to address this asap to avoid further brand damage. After 7days my order was still sitting at the Confirmed status.
Customer Service: I called the CS line and spoke to someone without any lengthy wait times. There are reviews stating the CS team are rude and abrupt but this was not my experience, the person I spoke to was very polite, apologised for the delay and assured me it would go out that day (It did).
APC screwed up the first delivery as the driver awarded himself an early finish. I was impressed that the delivery centre answered the phone, I spoke to a real person who was honest about what the driver had done and guaranteed a next day delivery. That promise was fulfilled.
If Jennychem can sort out the despatch times then they will be a major player in the market as the products deliver on the claims.”
