1st delivery had not survived the courier and loss had destroyed the packaging. Contacted customer services and replacement was with me, in tact within 36 hrs. Customer services and replacement is excellent.
Speed of routine processing and delivery does not challenge Amazon but customer service made up for that.”
“I would have given 5 stars but for the fact that the Tracking was poor. I couldnt track as the only message I could get said " preparing for delivery" or similiar. I emailed the company to ask when I could expect the delivery and they answered very quickly.The courier delivered on the 5th working day as promised and the driver was very friendly and I cannot fault him. I havent used the hypochlorite yet but all in all I would recommend Jennychem.”
