“Have used the products before and as good as they are the lead time on delivery is a bit extreme. Ordered the cleaning kit of the month - April on the 6th may and it still hasn't arrived, not sure why it has taken so long but I'd suggest changing the delivery method”
“Fantastic chemicals that really do pack the punch needed to get the job done, only thing that really lets them down is delivery ….. a week for items in stock is a tad ludicrous IMHO, I’m not buying the products to maybe use them - I need them asap and a week ain’t cutting it!”
“Ordered the caravan kit with 2 hand sprays, extremely disappointed when a couple of days after delivery, you have superseded the 1 liter hand spray for an improved 2 liter model. Considering how close my order was to the new advert, I would have thought that I would have at least been given an option to upgrade.
Have not used the chemicals yet, will be next week, hope they are not as disappointing as customer service!!!”
“Ordered the starter pack for £50 plus a 5l tyre shine. I've seen them on social media, so I thought I'd give it a go.
All ordered, no problems. Email acknowledging order received. But that was it for 5-6 days. Done a bit of Google reviews for Jennychem, and there were a lot of negative comments about orders not being satisfied or non delivery or waiting times for delivery were poor.
Made a quick phone call to chase up my order and the gentleman was pretty helpful. Low and behold email came through an hour later stating order will be dispatched within 24hrs for next day delivery.
APC delivery company didn't deliver. It was 48hrs after. They text me and said it was delayed at the warehouse. I'd asked for it to be left in a safe place as I was at work the following day and the delivery guy literally left it right in front of my front door for everyone to see. Really disappointed in APC. Why ask for delivery instructions if you're not going to be in, then just leave in plain sight for everyone to see.
Haven't had chance to use the chemicals yet, but will be shortly in the coming days”
“Ordered on 15th April, delivered on 25th. Longer than anticipated and a bit of a mess on the delivery side with messaged day / time window for delivery given by APC and then not turning up. Well packaged item. Hope it works as advertised”
“The item itself fantastic but sadly no notification on delivery so called multiple times, to be told it be Wednesday then nothing, so called again told thursday and nothing. With also saying I need a call from the delivery driver 30mins prior, well delivery turned up Friday and I wasnt there. The wagon didnt have a lift and they needed help to offload. Sadly delivery experience ruined the customer service”
“Order process easy enough and item received within the timescale provided. Felt the timescale to deliver was a long time though, when other companies are able to provide next day or 48hr deliveries.”

“The delivery was a joke. My china product came quicker. Ordered on same day. Phoned up with we are very busy unfortunately with so many competitors ill go back to who i usually use now. Thought id give someone else a try.”
