“The chemicals supplied are very good what let's the service down is the time it take to dispatch I have noticed this on other orders I have made it very slow compared to other companies I use it would nice to have the option to pay for postage for next day delivery even though you offer free postage over a certain amount on qualifying products which us the customer doesn't know .”

Send you an email with a belivery time and date, have some one wait in for it and products dont turn up,
Get a email the following day with time and date on and the products turn up early when no one is in”

“Products to wash vehicles are very good and do the job to a Excellent standard and for reasonable prices, only thing I found was delivery you pay for 3-4 days it says I'm sure and then took 6 days to arrive. But tbh I can live with that just needed more of an email update of where the order is at not just on the day of shipping but will go back this isn't something that will stop me using them.”
