“There was an email offer on for £10 off an order. I made the order then noticed the discount was not available so I immediately cancelled it by email. The order still went through so I told the courier to return it he said take it up with the seller. I phoned Jennychem and I was told that there was nothing they could do. I was asked if I wanted a manager to call me. I agreed. That was a week ago. Not heard off them by phone but another email with the same discount on offer for the same items. Poor comms by reading and acting on emails and returning calls.”
“Excellent customer service other than your delivery partner ABP who completely messed up the delivery resulting in us not being able to accept a revised redelivery date of 23rd June, 11 working days after order. The excuses of ABP for the failed delivery on 13th June were laughable if not somewhat unbelievable. Please Jennychem, we would like to continue using your products but please sanction your delivery partner as they will undermine your business.”
“Ordered the weed killer and sprayer. It arrived quickly and needed no assembly. I used 5l doing the drive and was worried I would need to order more as I assumed it would need multiple applications.
2 days later ALL the weeds were dead and brown!”
“I suggest you change your carrier for scotland. Was due a delivery from APC to Kilmarnock( which was described by one of your staff as "fairly isolated". It's 20 miles from Glasgow.). Was given a slot from APC which was not honoured. I emailed and phoned them, to no avail, and was eventually informed by one of your employees that order was out for delivery but was returned to warehouse. I was offered a new order arriving in four days time which I declined and demanded my money back. Disgraceful service and I will not be purchasing from your company again”
“I have seen this product advertised so I thought I would give it a try , I sprayed the weeds in my garden when the sun had set as not to dry the product out the weeds started to die of in 24 hours great product would recommend this product and I will be purchasing some more when I run out”
