“Got me out of an industry I was desperate to leave
I used Peaked and they genuinely helped me land a job. I was in a pretty bad place when I got in touch with them. I was trying to get out o an industry I hated, but I had no contacts in the other industries that might want someone with my skills, and getting a foot in the door was proving absolutely impossible.
The main area where they helped was getting my CV in front of as many hiring managers as possible. For me it was entirely a numbers game, and they helped me send out far more applications than I ever could have on my own, especially since I was still working my old job the whole time. I could not have gotten anywhere near as far solo.
They were very hands-on with resume edits and practically rewrote mine to be more buzzword-y, which definitely helped. I also used their interview prep, though I'm honestly not sure how much that part moved the needle.
A few honest caveats. They were sometimes a little pushy, and that may have turned off some hiring managers, but I think their net impact was clearly positive. The one thing you have to handle yourself is brushing up or quantitative or technical interviews. They can't solve coding problems or you, for example, so that prep is on you.
I've used Peaked multiple times and recommended them to several friends, which is the clearest sign of how I feel about them. If you're stuck trying to break into something new without a network to lean on, they can get you the volume you need. They worked for me.”

I landed a marketing role at a Fortune 500 company through the process. It was my first real step into corporate America, and the compensation was a big step up from where I was, so from that angle it absolutely delivered. I also got a lot of useful feedback on my resume, among other things.

Some people here and other forums have said the fees are expensive, but their team evaluates every part of your background before you start interviewing, and that's what makes it worth it. They rewrote my resume entirely, taught me to tell my story with numbers, set me up with a weekly mentor to translate my film skills into finance terms, and gave me three resume designs to choose from. They also cleaned up my LinkedIn (headshot, cover photo, profile) and connected me with people already in the finance roles I wanted, then reached out on my behalf for advice and informational interviews.
