The order arrived, packaged amazingly, the very next day after being posted (interstate). Since then, I've ordered more dog treats, premium dog food and dog joint supplements. Every single order has come blazingly fast, packaged very well and the website/online ordering system is robust and user-friendly. If I've ever had to contact customer service to fix issues (that have been my fault), they have always been friendly, prompt and helpful (Annalise in particular).
