“A great price for the product i ordered (Boxer dry food) but found that the 2nd order i created on the same day let their service down. 1st order was recevied very quickly but the 2nd order (only ordered 20 mins apart) took more than a week to arrive. Very disappointed.”

“It is a good solid product, although the door latch does not easily open or shut. Whilst not a massive issue, it can become a problem when you have a very wriggly, bitey puppy in one hand whilst you attempt to open/close the latch.”

“I bought a Royal Canin cat dry food 4kg, Royal Canin wet food, and Milbemax for Cat. I found it had the lowest price among other online shops, hence I went ahead with Jumbopets. The reason I did not give full 5 stars is because it was shipped by Couriersplease. First time delivered I wasn't home. So I had to book for redelivery and the Couriersplease team did not do it for almost 2 weeks. Eventually I had to go to their depot to pick it up myself. They were supposed to tell me when the package was ready to pick up, but they did not. If I did not follow it up with them, I would have probably not got the package at all. Jumbopets team, please refrain using Couriersplease. The reviews on Google says it all.”
“Delivery drivers, you are located in Campbelltown and im located camden, i expected my item in about 3 days not a week previously the delivery company has lost my items, this time i expected quicker delivery times but didnt pull though. Previously delivery times have been quicker”
“The product and service from Jumbo pets is impeccable, unfortunately the same cannot be said for the Aramex the couriers, the last 3 deliveries we have to lodge a query as to where our delivery is at as it has gone past the delivery date ordered 27th December and collected from Jumbo pets on the 28th and finally delivered on the 10th January, we are literally 50/60 km's up the road. Surprisingly as soon as the enquiry is lodged it arrives within 24 to 48 hours but we shouldn't have to continually do this. to get the vet approved dietary product.”
“The prices and products are spot on, as is your phone service. However, you appear to always use a default courier, who is absolutely bloody useless. I mean, why does it take 6 Weeks to deliver a bag of cat food? You need to advertise on your front page that customers can choose their own courier. Regardless, JumboPets is a great resource for us pet owners. As I said above, prices are the best, service is the best, staff are the best - you can't go wrong.”

“Goods left metro NSW 05/04/2022; still waiting for that delivery to WA metro as of 04/05/2022. The goods are a vet product and were required promptly. Subsequent credit received for the original Courier Fee, and goods resent via Australia Post Express at no charge and received on 04/05/2022. The original supply if found will be RTS. Happy with resolution but will avoid any dealings if associated through Aramex Couriers if known to be the Carrier.”
