“We’ve used Jumbo Pets for several deliveries not only for our dog but also for other family dogs. Everything has been delivered promptly and correctly. One time there was a bit of courier damage to the bag. I let Jumbo know really so they could let the courier know so as to improve delivery performance. They gave me a credit on the next delivery which was unexpected and not asked for. During Covid they were out of one item but with a delivery pending. They let me know and I changed the order slightly and it was delivered without any problem. Price-wise I find that Jumbo consistently tends to be the cheapest for the whole order (as opposed to one item within the order). With a bit of planning a number of items can be ordered at the same time reducing the cost relative to other suppliers. And it is hassle free and reliable. I keep going back so Jumbo certainly seems to work for me.”
