“I received my items in a timely manner. One product was dusty on the packaging but that's fine. I emailed the company to ask about an item exchange and have received no response from the company almost 2 weeks later.”

“Very helpful in supplying my cat’s special diet food. I couldn’t get it anywhere else. I received it the day after dispatch. It was difficult sourcing it and I was kept updated via email and a follow up phone call. Great service Will definitely use Jumbo Pets again!”

“My usual pet food supplier had continually run out of stock of the sensitive skin dry food for our dog. Jumbo Pets not only had it in stock but had an easy click & collect arrangement. Now I have changed to Jumbo Pets for almost all of my pet needs. I'll see how they go before I change over completely.”

“I only had a couple of days of pro-plan sensitive skin & stomach biscuits left for my very sensitive Labrador. As my local pet barn and other stores in the area said they were out of stock & having trouble getting the product. I looked on line found jumbo pets had it in stock & on special. I rang & spoke to Joanne who was so nice & helpful i put the order in on line and she went down to dispatch put an urgent request in and i received it the next morning @ 8am. What fantastic service & speedy delivery. Cheers Michelle Thompson.”
