“Very user friendly and extremely easy to order online. Quick dispatch and have never had a problem with anything we’ve ordered. I love the personalised notes that come with each delivery. Obviously the staff are animal lovers.”

“Great selection of products Their prices are great for the product you receive. Always includes a free toy. Shipping price is reasonable but I usually pick the order up anyway as they aren't far from me. I can't find any faults. I've always had a great experience with Jumbo Pets.”

“Great online purchase store with good prices but the delivery charges make them a bit more expensive than other online pet supply stores. Most offer free delivery over a certain spend amount e.g $50”
