“Postage, I can buy premium dog biscuits from JUMBO & even with postage added it's still cheaper than I can buy it localy (I live in a rural area). Customer service has always been more than satisfactory. Jumbo pets have never stuffed up an order in all the time I've been with them & when I lost my Jazzy, they even sent me a card.”
