“There was an incorrect item send in our order. It was quickly resolved with the correct item being sent and return postage covered. I was phoned back a few days later and had to explain the whole situation again which was a little frustrating as it had been dealt with and resolved. I felt like the guy didn’t believe they could have sent the incorrect item so it felt a little like an interrogation, Other than that it was fast postage and reasonably fast dispatch considering covid. Love the items and the kids are very happy too.”
