“My 6 y/o daughters Christmas present was shipped to me in the original skates box, with nothing covering the packaging. She saw the package at our front door after school and it has ruined her present from Santa. The box was also ripped and the postage label was sticky taped all over the box and there was no way to remove it without destroying the box further. Kick Push didn’t care and said it was standard practice to send packages like this. Not good enough and will never buy from them again.”
“I bought a big wheel scooter in neo-chrome for my son for Xmas. The box arrived and it was battered…holes in the box just taped back up. When I unpacked the scooter and assembled it, all the chrome was scratched and the stickers were half falling off. I could not return the product by this stage as it would cost a fortune in delivery and I would not even be able to reuse the box.
So disappointed when you spend so much money. Would not recommend at all.”
Hi, sorry to hear of this happening. We do not ever ship out damaged cartons, it is likely it was damaged during transit. Please contact us, we always pay return shipping when products arrived damaged.
“when i ordered off your site it said measure around the knee which i did but when i received your product the instructions that came with it said measure 10 cms above the knee.
Consequently my knee pads are the wrong size and too tight Im very disappointed”
We shipped this order promptly and Australia Post took longer than expected to deliver. We raised an investigation with Australia Post and kept customer informed throughout the delayed delivery.
“I received my item all good :) however I needed to return this item as I got it as a birthday gift and the person had no use for it. When I submitted a return and refund request, the request was confirmed but I was never contacted by a member of the team to give instructions on how to return item and get refund.”
